Georgina Han and her daughter contacted us with their incredible story. In 1993, Georgina had made national headlines after staging a daring raid to snatch her daughter back from her ex husband who had abducted her. Now, 20 years on, the pair wanted to talk about the legacy of the abduction and snatch back, the rift that has existed between them and how they've finally become close again. We sold their story to the Daily Mail, and we are now organising TV and magazine deals for them.

Tom Sebastiano and his sister Julie have been through a horrendous ordeal following the murder of their mum Antonietta. To their horror, her murderer's accomplice has been sentenced to just over a year in jail and now Tom and Julie are facing the fact he will be free in 2011. 'Help us sell our story', said Ian Young when he emailed Talk to the Press. Earlier this year, Ian married Fatine, a transsexual, and now she faces being deported from the UK. Theirs is a remarkable love story, and we sold their story to the Sun to raise awareness of their campaign to help Fatine stay in the UK. They have also appeared in This Morning, and in Reveal and Real People magazines.

'Help me sell my story' wrote Lisa Morter when she contacted us. Lisa wanted to talk about her horror at discovering, following her divorce, that her husband Kenny was a paedophile. As soon as we heard Linda Wilson's story, we knew a newspaper would love to publish it. Linda is nominated for Tesco magazines's Mum of the Year award because of the support she gives her family. An anonymous source contacted us and told us about a city high flier, who had given uphis £150,000 banking job to become a teacher, and had been held up as a shining example of a government drive to tempt more people into teaching. Now, the man in question, has been suspended from his job after behaving inappropriately with teenage girls. The source for this story remained anonymous, but was paid well for the information provided.

Meet the dynasty of Dosser's.

We were contacted by a source who wanted to expose this family, who are abusing the benefits system. At the centre of the story was an individual called 'Dosser', who is just one member of a 20 strong, three generational family raking in almost half a million pounds in benefits. The story was sold to the News of the World and the source recieved an excellent fee.

'Leeches saved my breast.'

'How do I sell my story?' asked Janice Vincent when she got in touch with her medical miracle. After a breast reconstruction went wrong, Janice - who hates all kinds of creepy crawlies - was told her only hope was leech therapy. These tiny creatures restored blood flow to Janet's breast, and saved her from losing it completely. We sold Janet's story to The Sun, and are now negotiating her a magazine deal.

We sold Lynne's story to That's Life magazine.

'How can I sell my story?' asked Nerys Middleton when we spoke to her. For many years, Nerys worked as a Victoria Beckham lookalike. Now, with the success of the X Factor, she's given up being Posh to be Danni Minogue, and says she much prefers her new job and gets more work. After a bidding war in which a number of publications were interested in Nerys' story, we sold her story to Closer magazine.

Gaynor wanted to warn other people of the potential consequences of the procedure. We sold her real life story to the Daily Mail and Gaynor appeared in the newspaper's cover. That's Life

 

'My fight for justice after being attacked by my neighbours dog.'

Christine Baker and her husband Tom sent us a letter from their home in Spain, asking us to raise awareness of their situation. In a horrific ordeal, Christine had had her arm amputated after being attacked by her neighbours dog. Yet the couple have never recieved their compensation payment as the dog's owner has disappeared, and Christine has been left traumatised by the attack. We sold their story to That's Life magazine.

'I had a heart attack at 17 - because of cocaine.'

When Tom Bertram got in touch, we knew he had a story that newspapers and magazines would want to buy. Tom described how he'd had a heart attack because of cocaine abuse, and had become the youngest teenager in the UK to have a pacemaker fitted for this reason. Tom has now turned his life around and is a successful musician. We sold his story to Closer magazine. Tom also appeared on Sky News, where he was featured as the lead story for the entire day.

'My best friend and I both got - and beat - breast cancer at the same time.'

Debbie and Lisa contacted us about selling their story to raise awareness of a charity walk they were doing for breast cancer. The two women had been best friends since school and both were diagnosed with breast cancer within a few weeks of each other. Both are now in remission. Richard Cass is the father of backpacker Jamie Neale, who made headlines world wide when he went missing in the Australian outback. He did an exclusive interview with the Mail on Sunday about the upsetting fallout he has since had with his son.

Songwriter Luke Davis contacted Talk to the Press wanting to sell his incredible story. He was born black, but as a result of the skin condition Vitiligo, is now completely white. Kara Hoyte survived a savage hammer attack at the hands of her ex-boyfriend, and suddenly found herself making the headlines. Thanks to her brave testimony, which saw him sent to prison for his attack on her and the murder of his ex-girlfriend (of which he'd already been acquitted) Kara resigned double jeopardy laws to history. Kara and her mother were being harrassed by a number of journalists for their story, and asked us to help them manage their strategy. We did a triple deal with the Sunday Mirror (above) and Closer magazine (below), and Glamour magazine. Kara also appeared in the Evening Standard and on GMTV.

As well as working with all the people who contact us via this website, we also work with a number of organisations and charities, placing their case studies in the media to help them raise their profiles.

June Redman's incredible story, of being raped at age 14, being forced to give up her baby and subsequently finding him 40 years on came via the charity After Adoption. She sold her story to the Daily Mail and Woman's Own. 'Help me warn other young girls about the risk of cervical cancer,' said Laura Craft when we spoke to her. Laura had begged her GP over six times for a smear test because of unexplained bleeding. Each time, she was told that at 20, she was too young for a smear. Laura later discovered she had advanced cervical cancer, which nearly killed her. Sheila fell in love with a Turkish man over ten years her junior whilst on holiday, and moved her life and children to be with him. He ended up stealing her life savings, and Shelia then discovered he was already married. She is now back home in the UK. Shelia's story was sold to the Mirror. To protect Max, Georgina wanted to tell her story anonymously. Usually, it is very difficult to place stories without the individual in question being photographed, but in Georgina's case we tied her story in with figures in the news about teenage prostitution. Having battled with her own weight for most of her life, Juliet had a gastric band fitted three years ago. A year later, her daughter Katie, who had also struggled to control her weight, then became the youngest person to have a gastric band in the UK when she had the op at 14 years old. Suzanne had experienced premature ovarian failure at age 16, and was told she would never be able to have a baby of her own. Linda Edwards contacted us wanting to talk about her son Aaron. A year ago, Aaron was left in a coma after being run down by a hit and run driver. Linda was advised to turn off Aaron's life support machine, but she refused and says she always knew that her son would pull through, despite the doctor's bleak prognosis.

Incredibly, Aaron has made a full recovery, and is now set to take part in an Ironman race. Linda wanted to say how incredibly proud she is of her son in the hope that his bravery would inspire other people. The lovely article about Linda and Aaron was sold to Prima magazine.
