We love nothing more than people to share their story and feel happy with the result. And this week, we’ve received some lovely testimonials from those whose stories have been published.
First up, Jeanette Lane said of her article about her daughter Justine ‘The article in Pick Me Up was wonderfully written, with such feeling. Is there anything else in the pipeline? We would be grateful if there was.’
Next, former tank driver Louise Lamb, whose story of having a sex change appeared in the Sunday Mirror, said: “I thought you did a wonderful job with the story and look forward to hearing from soon.”
This week also saw Jacqueline Briscoe’s article about her difficulties following her gastric band published. She said:‘Just been out and got the mag, and I agree it does look great. I’m very pleased with it, and may I take this opportunity to say a very big thankyou for all you help and advice……’
Finally, Francis Tshibangu, who saw his incredible story of his miracle baby published on the front page of the Sunday Mirror said: ‘It has been a great experience working with the Talk to the Press team and the one which we are going to remember for the rest of our life. I must admit it wasn’t easy to cope with phone calls from differents newspapers and television showing interest, but thanks to Kira, she handled it all very well. I appreciated all the effort and time you took in ensuring our story got published. Once more I would like to thank you for everything.’
